Refund Policy

  • If a booking qualifies for a refund under the applicable cancellation policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.

Non-Refundable Rates

  • Bookings made under a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or refunded unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Booking Changes

  • Requests to modify a booking are subject to the hotel's policies and availability.

Our Role as a Hotel Booking Agent

We act as an intermediary between the customer and the accommodation provider. The cancellation and refund policies are determined by the respective hotel and apply to each booking individually. These terms are clearly presented to the customer before the booking is completed.
